The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base and a community platform. The community consists of questions and answers organized by topic.
The community dialog is monitored by the ElevatePoint support team, and questions are often responded to shortly after posting. But the purpose of the community forum is meant to provide a place for users to ask other users to share information about the ElevatePoint products. Questions can include ideas, tips, or any other community item.
Note: The Community forum is separate from knowledge base articles. In the community, topics are top-level containers for questions. Where as knowledge base articles are written by the ElevatePoint support staff and are directed at resolving specific scenarios within the product.
