The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for ElevatePoint clients. It lets users search for articles, pickup tips and tricks about using the product, and ask fellow users for solutions to problems. If users can't find an answer, they can submit a support ticket request by clicking on the Submit a Request option at the top-right of the portal screen.
Clients can also call the ElevatePoint support team directly at 1-888-589-1819 (option 2) or by sending an email to email@example.com.
To access the content of this page, users must log into the site by clicking on the Sign In button at the top of the screen.
If you have been provided login credentials for the support portal, enter the credentials at the sign in screen that appears.
If you have not received login credentials for the portal, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request access. Requests for credentials will only be given to users who have a current support agreement or are using the trial environment in good faith.
